Larry has held executive leadership positions at world-leading commercial banks and consulting firms, including Chemical Bank (now Chase), where he led the marketing research team, Kantar TNS where he founded and led the global financial services sector. More recently, Larry was a principal at Greenwich Associates, where he led comprehensive CX engagements in retail banking, wealth management, small business, commercial banking and investment banking.
