The survey will collect data on third party delivery services including Postmates, UberEats, Grubhub and Doordash.
The study will include a statistically valid sample of the delivery services in cities across the U.S. The goal is to measure and report on KPI's such as delivery time, food temperature, appearance and packaging of the food, friendliness and professionalism of the delivery team; ease of use, and much more.
The study will be fielded in August 2017 and the data will be available in September 2017.
