The theme for this year’s study is “Innovation in the drive-thru lane” and our shoppers will pay extra attention to the many innovations that are being deployed by operators, and their effect on the customer experience.
Other aspects like Average Service Time, Service Attributes, Order Accuracy will also be measured, creating comparable year-over-year results.
