Food on Demand Study – How Long Are Customers Willing to Wait?

For our 2017 Food On Demand Study we surveyed 1,800 people about their food on demand preferences. One of the 25 questions we asked was how long they are willing to wait for their food to arrive.

Q8 – How long are you generally willing to wait for food to be delivered?

  1. Less than 20 minutes
  2. Between 20-30 minutes
  3. Between 31-45 minutes
  4. More than 45 minutes

And as to the original question – our study showed that 2 in 3 people (65%) are willing to wait more than 30 minutes for their delivery!
